Diagnosis
Female with apex of strong setae on head, mesosoma, wings and legs blunt and slightly dilated; female with setae on eyes and in marginal fringe on forewing with hooked apices; flagellum short, e.g. 3rd flagellomere 1.0X as long as wide in female, 0.6X in male; female scape wide, 2.9X as long as wide; scutellum entirely reticulate, without any trace of median groove or lateral mesh-rows; propodeal callus with six setae.
